For high-value payments, the card company may make a verification call for security purposes. If during the verification process, it is determined that the order is not legitimate (such as use of a stolen card or ordering under someone else's name), the order may be held or cancelled at our discretion. For bank transfer payments, you can make the payment through PC banking, internet banking, phone banking, or by visiting your nearest bank branch. The depositor's name must exactly match the name entered during the order process. Payment must be completed within 7 days; orders without payment will be automatically cancelled.

After confirming the return, refunds will be processed within 3 business days For credit card payments, we will cancel the credit card authorization to prevent billing (Note: If the charge has already been processed according to your credit card billing cycle, the refund will be processed by your credit card company in the next billing statement)
