Shipping Information

• We deliver to all locations in the Philippines.

• In-stock items in Cebu: up to 7 days
• if the item is not in stock in Cebu, it will be shipped from Korea, and delivery may take 7–14 days.
( Delivery may be delayed during national public holidays. )

• Orders for in-stock Cebu items are carefully prepared and packed, typically within 1~2 business days before shipment.
• Orders shipped from Korea are processed within 3~5 business days before shipment.

• Orders are shipped via J&T Express or Alin Cargo.
• Tracking numbers will be provided by SMS for real-time tracking.
• Track your delivery on the J&T Express or Alin Cargo website or mobile app.

• COD is available only for orders within the Philippines.
• Payment must be made in full in cash upon delivery. Partial payments, checks, or other forms of payment will not be accepted.
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for your order.
• We reserve the right to cancel any COD order if the delivery address is incorrect, incomplete, or deemed unreachable by the courier.
