Vanilla Knit products are shipped directly from Korea to anywhere in the Philippines within 10 days.
Our Philippine branch carefully manages and monitors all shipments to ensure a seamless and timely delivery.
At Vanilla Knit, your satisfaction is our priority. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

Eligibility

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email us at thevanillaknitph@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. You can ship the item you want to return to our Cebu office. Our support team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

Shipping Costs ( For Return or exchange cost )

Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
