Return & Exchange Policy

At VanillaKnit, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. Eligibility

    • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact.
    • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

    • Please email us at vanillaknit.master@vanillaknit.co.kr with your order number and reason for the return or exchange.
    • Our support team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions.

  3. Shipping Costs

    • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is safely delivered.

  4. Refunds & Processing

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • Exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days, subject to item availability.

  5. Exceptions

    • Certain sale items may not be eligible for returns or exchanges. Please check the product description before purchasing.
